• Men’s health (erectile dysfunction, hair loss, testosterone therapy)

• Mental health (ADHD, anxiety, depression)

Membership Option (Recommended)

Initial Visit (60 min)

$99/month (3-month commitment)

Includes:

• In-home initial evaluation (no additional fee for travel)

• Up to 3 visits/month

• EKG (when appropriate)

• Medication management & follow-ups

• Lab orders and review

• Same-day visits

Non-Member Option

Sick Telehealth Visit (30 min):

$50 For occasional or urgent concerns.

Quick, convenient visits for:

• Cold, flu, and sinus symptoms

• Minor illnesses

• Medication refills (when appropriate)

• General concerns

In-Home Visits (Optional)

• Within 15 miles of Health Central, Ocoee): +$55

• 15 - 30 miles from Health Central, Ocoee): +$75

Important Information

• Controlled substances are not prescribed during first-time sick visits

• No more than one month of routine medicines given per sick visit

• No more than 3 non-member sick visits per calendar year

• Some conditions may require in-person evaluation or higher level of care
